This patient sought a subtle refresh focused on the upper face and lip area. A customized neurotoxin treatment was performed to the upper face to soften expression lines while maintaining natural movement. A lip flip was also performed using neurotoxin to gently enhance the upper lip by improving lip roll and visibility without adding volume. This combination created a refreshed, balanced appearance while preserving the patient’s natural features.
