Appointment Scheduling Policy:
All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of scheduling to secure your spot. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service that you wish to receive. All deposits are put towards your service and will be deducted from the final balance.
No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens. However, we are just a phone call, text message, and/or email way. If you are a no show for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and are subjected to additional fees (50% of the cost of your scheduled missed appointment). We will need to schedule a new appointment and you will be required to pay a new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Lateness Policy
We highly recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without any notification, you will be considered a NO-SHOW and held under the NO-SHOW POLICY. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have notified us, we will try our best to accommodate (although there is no guarantee) however, we might need to cancel your appointment for the day and you will need to reschedule. In the event of either a No-Show or Lateness Reschedule you forfeit your deposit. Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE for a reschedule due to lateness.
To All Clients
Treatments at Ellaqua Aesthetics are not medically necessary and are for the purpose of improving your quality of life. There are no refunds for services or products rendered at Ellaqua Aesthetics. Having a scheduled appointment with Ellaqua Aesthetics does not necessarily entitle you to having a procedure performed. It is at the medical provider’s discretion to issue treatment. It is highly recommended to schedule a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance and wish to reschedule, your deposit is transferable to your new appointment and will be subjected to a rescheduling fee. If you cancel your appointment and do not wish to reschedule at the time of your cancellation, you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit and will need to schedule a new appointment and pay a new NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you may do so with a rescheduling fee. Your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be transferred for your new appointment. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you may do so but your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be forfeited. You will have to schedule a new appointment and a new deposit will be required.
Before Your Appointment
So that we can provide you with the best experience and for your appointment to run smoothly we require pre-appointment documentation. Once you have scheduled your appointment you will receive an email within 24 hours containing documents that must be completed prior to your appointment. There will also be pre-appointment instructions specific for your appointment. These documents must be reviewed and completed before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so can result in a delay and/or cancellation of your appointment.
